  • What types of clients do you represent?

    My clients are lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants of all types and sizes, including financial institutions ranging from community banks to global banks, and business entities ranging from sole proprietorships to multinational corporations.

  • What type of matters do you work on most often?

    I represent lenders and borrowers in all types of commercial lending transactions, including real property acquisition and construction financing, asset-based and floor plan lines of credit, tax incentives, as well as equipment, vessel, and aircraft financings. I also regularly represent landlords and tenants in all aspects of lease negotiation.

  • Retail property refinance: Represented a commercial lender in a $23.5 loan refinance secured by four retail shopping centers in Georgia. (2016)
  • Loan sale transactions: Represented commercial lenders in hundreds of single loan sales and multiple portfolio sales totaling more than $2 billion in outstanding principal balances. (2010 - 2015)
  • Leasing counsel:  Served as counsel to global vehicle inspection company in its review and abstraction of existing leases across its U.S. footprint and in its preparation of a form lease agreement. (2015)
  • Form document preparation: Represented multiple commercial lenders in the creation, review, and maintenance of commercial loan document forms and other agreements, including forms delivered through the use of specialized computer systems. (2014-2016)
  • Aircraft financing: Represented a commercial lender in a financing secured by an aircraft. (2015)
