Q&A
  • What types of clients do you represent?

My practice has allowed me the opportunity to develop a very broad client base in both type and size ranging from initial startups to multi-national companies, utilities, local municipalities, business coalitions, and private landowners.

  • What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?

Prior to going to law school, I obtained an undergraduate degree in biology and a master’s degree in environmental management. Thereafter, I worked for a national aggregate and chemical company as an environmental, safety, and health manager. My appreciation of the natural environment in combination with my prior work experience led me to pursue a career in environmental law.

  • What do you see on the horizon in your area of practice?
  • What do you find most exciting about your work?
