About Alan
Q&A
  • On what type of matters do you work most often?

I routinely represent utilities, pipelines, and manufacturers in regulatory matters, personal injury claims, and commercial matters. Alan also represents carriers in coverage disputes and has recovered millions of dollars and substantial assets on behalf of creditors.

  • What do you find most exciting about your work?
At Balch & Bingham, we are trial focused and prepare every case as if it will go to trial. In addition to the prospect of trial, I also enjoy seeing the process of trial preparation advance seemingly intractable disputes toward settlement.
