Conrad Anderson IV is an Associate in the Birmingham office where he is a member of the Litigation section. Mr. Anderson received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Mississippi, magna cum laude, in 2003, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his J.D. from The University of Mississippi School of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Anderson was a member of the Moot Court Board and the NTC National Trial Team. He also served as President of the Law School’s chapter of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association.
Construction Litigation
Conrad represents owners, developers, general contractors and material suppliers on all aspects of construction litigation, including the preparation and review of contract documents, change order disputes and negotiations, payment disputes and the filing and defense of mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens. Conrad has experience methodically resolving the complex disputes that arise between contractors, suppliers, architects and engineers in state and federal court proceedings as well as in AAA arbitrations under the construction industry rules. Outside the office, Conrad spends time with his wife, Alex, and their two dogs, Ashton and Tucker.
