CHARLES B. PATERSON is a Partner and a member of the Litigation and Labor and Employment sections. He is the former Chairman of the Labor and Employment Section and is currently the Managing Partner of the firm's Montgomery office. His practice focuses on employment law, commercial litigation, securities litigation, arbitration and business and corporate law. Mr. Paterson has litigation and counseling experience in various industries, including solid waste, daycare, architectural and engineering, and financial services. As former General Counsel to a publicly traded company, Mr. Paterson has experience regarding corporate governance matters and general corporate matters.
