T. JOSHUA R. ARCHER is the Managing Partner of Balch & Bingham’s Atlanta office. Josh is an experienced litigator whose clients have sought his assistance with product liability claims, commercial disputes and issues involving government. Josh is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Products Liability, Litigation Against Government, and Health Care Litigation practice groups. He has presented cases to juries and appellate panels in state and federal courts throughout the State of Georgia. Josh has also handled civil arbitrations. Josh's practice is not limited to the metro Atlanta area.
In addition to the law practice, Josh is also a member of the Government Affairs team and is involved in political and government relations.
Prior to joining Balch & Bingham’s Atlanta predecessor, Meadows Ichter & Trigg, Josh was a litigation associate on the toxic tort team at King & Spalding from 1996 to 1999. From August 1994 to September 1996, Mr. Archer clerked for the Honorable Alex T. Howard, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
Josh and his wife, Liz, live with their son, Jacob, and their daughter, Isabel, in Atlanta.
