JONATHAN PAUL DYAL practices primarily in the firm’s Corporate Litigation Section. Jonathan has represented corporate clients on many issues including:

• Joint Use;
• CATV;
• Fiber Optics-Land Use;
• FDCPA;
• FCRA;
• Flood Determination; and
• Defense of Global Warming/CO2 cases

Jonathan has practiced in trial and appellate courts in Mississippi as well as several arbitration forums.

Upon graduation in 1998, Jonathan had the honor of serving for three years as a Law Clerk to United States District Court Judge Walter J. Gex III of the Southern District of Mississippi. He subsequently joined Balch & Bingham LLP in June of 2001.
