On January 13, 2015, in Docket No. RR-15-3, FERC issued a letter order accepting NERC’s proposed amendments to its Regional Delegation Agreement with Florida Reliability Coordinating Council (FRCC). On November 19, 2014, NERC submitted a petition for FERC approval of certain amendments to the FRCC Bylaws, which are contained in Exhibit B of the Delegation Agreement. The amendments add two new FRCC committees, reorganize the FRCC Standing Committee structure, revise the Board voting scheme, and add a confidentiality provision.
