NERC Submits Proposed Amendments to SPP Bylaws

On January 23, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-5, NERC submitted a petition seeking FERC approval of revisions to the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Delegation Agreement. The proposed revisions would amend the SPP Bylaws, which are Exhibit B to the Delegation Agreement, to clarify the obligations of SPP members that withdraw from SPP and to facilitate the decision of certain entities to join SPP as transmission owning members.
