NERC Submits 4Q 2014 Budget-to-Actual Report

On February 13, 2015, in Docket No. FA11-21, NERC submitted a compliance filing containing NERC’s budget-to-actual financial data for the fourth quarter of 2014. This compliance filing is made in accordance with FERC’s January 16, 2013 Order, which approved a Settlement Agreement stemming from the Office of Enforcement’s findings during its 2012 audit of NERC and requires NERC to submit quarterly reports of its budget-to-actual spending variance.
