NERC Submits Proposed Amendments to Texas RE Bylaws

On February 27, 2015, in Docket RR15-7, NERC submitted a petition seeking Commission approval of amendments to the Texas Reliability Entity (Texas RE) bylaws, which are contained in Exhibit B to the NERC-Texas RE regional delegation agreement. NERC’s proposed amendments are intended to (1) clarify the term limits and stock restrictions that apply to Independent Directors, (2) define the process for selecting corporate officers, and (3) change the term limits for members of the Member Representatives Committee.
