NERC Submits Proposed Modifications to its Annual Business Plan and Budget Filings and Annual Budget True-Up Filings

On February 18, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-6, NERC submitted a request seeking FERC permission to revise certain portions of its annual business plan and budget filings and its annual actual cost-to-budget true-up filings. In its request, NERC states that it is no longer necessary to include some of the information currently contained in its annual budget filings.
