NERC Submits Supplemental Comments on Proposed Rule to Approve COM-001-2 and COM-002-4

On March 6, 2015, in Docket No. RM14-13, NERC submitted comments on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to approve Reliability Standards COM-001-2 (Communications) and COM-002-4 (Operating Personnel Communications Protocols). FERC published the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on September 18, 2014, and NERC previously submitted comments on December 1, 2014. NERC’s supplemental comments are meant to update the Commission on the revisions to proposed TOP and IRO Reliability Standards, which were referenced in NERC’s original comments.
