FERC Accepts Amendments to Texas RE Bylaws

On May 5, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-7, FERC issued a letter order accepting amendments to the Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. (Texas RE) bylaws. On February 27, 2015, NERC submitted a petition seeking Commission approval of amendments to the regional delegation agreement with Texas RE to modify the Texas RE bylaws to (1) clarify the term limits and stock restrictions that apply to Independent Directors, (2) define the process for selecting corporate officers, and (3) change the term limits for members of the Member Representatives Committee.
