On June 30, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-13, NERC submitted a petition seeking Commission approval of amendments to the Regional Delegation Agreement with Southwest Power Pool ("SPP") to amend the SPP Bylaws, which are an exhibit to the Delegation Agreement. The currently-effective version of the SPP Bylaws were approved by the Commission on March 31, 2015.
