On June 22, 2015, in Docket No. RM15-9, NERC submitted comments in response to the Commission's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to approve Reliability Standard PRC-005-4, Protection System, Automatic Reclosing, and Sudden Pressure Relaying Maintenance. The Commission published the NOPR on April 16, 2015. NERC submitted its petition seeking approval of the proposed reliability standard on December 18, 2014.
