On July 27, 2015, in Docket No. RM15-11, NERC filed comments on the Commission's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) for Reliability Standard TPL-007-1, Transmission System Planned Performance for Geomagnetic Disturbance Events. FERC issued its NOPR proposing to approve Reliability Standard TPL-007-1 on May 14, 2015.
