On July 1, 2015, in Docket Nos. RM12-6 and RM12-7, NERC submitted a compliance filing identifying the types of local network configurations that may be excluded from NERC's revized definition of Bule Electric System (BES) pursuant to Exclusion E3. In FERC's order approving the revised definition and implementation plan, the Commission directed NERC to submit the immediate filing.
