NERC Submits Revisions to Rules of Procedure

On July 6, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-2, NERC submitted a filing seeking approval of revisions to Section 400 and Appendices 2 and 4C of NERC's Rules of Procedure. The proposed revisions are intended to implement NERC"s risk-based approach to its Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program and are being made in compliance with the Commission's February 19, 2015 Order imposing conditions on NERC's implementation of its risk-based approach and directing NERC to revise its Rules of Procedure.
