NERC Submits Risk-Based Registration Initiative Compliance Filing

On July 17, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-4, NERC submitted a compliance filing and petition to revise to its Rules of Procedure in relation to NERC's Risk-Based Registration (RBR) Initiative. In an order issued on March 19, 2015, the Commission partially approved NERC's RBR Initiative. NERC's immediate compliance filing addresses concerns raised by the Commission's order and seeks to make limited changes to NERC's Rules of Procedure to bring the rules in line with NERC's RBR Initiative.
