On August 18, 2015, NERC submitted a petition for approval of amendments to the Texas Reliability Entity (Texas RE) Bylaws. The revisions are intended to make updates regarding Texas RE's membership and to address the registration process to implement NERC's Risk-Based Registration initiative.
