FERC Approves Reliability Standard PRC-002-2

On September 17, 2015, in Docket No. RM15-4, FERC issued a final rule approving Reliability Standard PRC-002-2, Disturbance Monitoring and Reporting Requirements, and retiring Reliability Standard PRC-018-1, which is replaced by PRC-002-2. NERC submitted a petition seeking approval of the proposed standard on December 15, 2014, and FERC issued a notice of proposed rulemaking on April 16, 2015. In the final rule, FERC approves the proposed standard without modification.
