FERC Approves Reliability Standard PRC-005-4

On September 17, 2015, in Docket No. RM15-9, FERC issued a final rule approving reliability Standard PRC-005-4, Protection System, Automatic Reclosing and Sudden Pressure Relaying Maintenance. NERC submitted the proposed standard for approval on December 18, 2014, and FERC issued its notice of proposed rulemaking on April 16, 2015. The final rule approves the proposed standard without any modifications or directives.
