On September 14, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-18, NERC filed a petition seeking FERC approval of revisions to the SERC Delegation Agreement to amend the SERC Bylaws. The proposed amendments (1) no longer require entities seeking membership to be listed on the NERC Compliance Registry; (2) no longer limit the number of Customer Advisors on the SERC Board; (3) authorize appointment of advisors to the SERC Board; and (4) clarify Officers' and Directors' duties.
