On September 28, 2015, in Docket Nos. RR10-1 and RR13-3, NERC submitted its 2015 Annual Report on Wide-Area Analysis of Technical Feasibility Exceptions (TFEs). The filing is made in compliance with Order No. 706 , which required NERC to submit an annual report providing a wide-area analysis of the use of TFEs and their effect on Bulk-Power System reliability. NERC compiles the report using information provided by Regional Entities regarding the types of Covered Assets for which the Regional Entities have approved TFEs.
