NERC Submits Additional Information and Answer to Comments on its 2016 Business Plan and Budget

On September 29 and 30, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-16, NERC submitted additional information regarding its 2016 Business Plan and Budget and an answer to comments on its 2016 Business Plan and Budget filing. NERC filed its 2016 Business Plan and Budget for approval on August 24, 2015. NERC is submitting additional information in response to a letter from the Office of Energy Market Regulation. And NERC answers comments filed by intervenors requesting that the Commission reject NERC's filing.
