On September 16, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-16, NERC submitted a petition seeking FERC approval of revisions to the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Delegation Agreement to amend the SPP Bylaws. The proposed amendments expand the number of seats on the SPP Board of Directors from seven to ten and make confirming changes to the quorum and voting requirements.
