FERC Accepts Amendments to SERC Bylaws

On November 25, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-18, FERC accepted NERC’s proposed revisions to the SERC Delegation Agreement to amend SERC bylaws.  These amendments (1) no longer require entities seeking membership to be listed on the NERC Compliance Registry; (2) no longer limit the number of Customer Advisors on the SERC Board; (3) authorize appointment of advisors to the SERC Board; and (4) clarify Officers' and Directors' duties.  NERC initially submitted these revisions on September 14, 2015.
