FERC Accepts SPP Bylaws Revisions

On November 20, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-19, FERC issued a letter order approving the proposed amendments to the bylaws of Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (SPP). NERC originally submitted a petition for the approval of the SPP Bylaws on September 16, 2015. The amendments expand the number of seats on the SPP Board of Directors from seven to ten and make confirming changes to the quorum and voting requirements.
