FERC Conditionally Approves Revisions to Pro Forma Delegation Agreement and Delegation Agreements with Regional Entities

On November 2, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-12, FERC issued an order conditionally approving NERC’s revised Pro Forma Delegation Agreement and revised Delegation Agreements with each of the eight Regional Entities as well as an effective date of January 1, 2016 for the revisions.  NERC previously submitted these revisions for FERC’s approval on June 26, 2015.  The order requires NERC to submit a compliance filing within 120 days calling for certain minor modifications to the revisions.  These revisions will replace the currently effective Delegation Agreements that expire on December 31, 2015.
