On November 30, 2015, NERC filed a petition seeking FERC approval of revisions to the Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (SPP) Delegation Agreement. The amendments would increase the number of SPP Regional Entity Trustees to a maximum of four and ensure that only SPP Members that are Registered Entities in the SPP Regional Entity footprint are eligible to participate in SPP Regional Entity Trustee elections, removals, and compensation approvals.
