NERC Submits CCC Charter Compliance Filing

On November 17, 2015, in Docket No. RR15-11, NERC submitted a compliance filing regarding the Compliance and Certification Committee (CCC) Charter that reinstates certain language that is consistent with NERC Rules of Procedure. The Commission’s August 21, 2015 order conditionally approving NERC’s proposed revisions to the CCC Charter required NERC to submit this compliance filing to retain certain language in the CCC Charter that was consistent with the term “Hearing Panel” as defined in NERC Rules of Procedure. NERC initially submitted the proposed revisions on June 2, 2015.
