On November 20, 2015, in Docket No. RR14-5, NERC submitted an informational filing pursuant to FERC’s November 20, 2014 Order: “Electric Reliability Organization’s Five-Year Performance Assessment.” That order required NERC to submit an informational filing to address how it is improving coordinated operations and to describe any efforts it has made to improve such operations, including, but not limited to the 11 action items described in the Electric Reliability Organization (ERO) Enterprise Operating Model.
