NERC Submits Proposed Revisions to Rules of Procedure

On December 7, 2015, in Docket No. RR16-2, NERC filed a petition requesting the approval of various revisions to the NERC Rules of Procedure (ROP).  NERC filed the revisions to: (1) be consistent with the cyber security Critical Infrastructure Protection Reliability Standards approved by the Commission, (2) align definitions that appear in Appendix 2 to the ROP and the Glossary of Terms Used in NERC Reliability Standards, and (3) reflect previously-approved revisions to the NERC Standard Processes Manual.  NERC requested that the revisions be made effective on April 1, 2016.
