On January 13, 2016, in Docket No. RR15-11, FERC issued a letter order accepting NERC’s compliance filing regarding proposed revisions to the Compliance and Certification Committee (CCC) Charter. The compliance filing was required by FERC’s August 21, 2015 order conditionally approving the proposed revisions and requiring NERC to retain certain language in order to maintain consistency with NERC Rules of Procedure. NERC made the compliance filing on November 17, 2015.
