FERC Approves Revisions to NERC Rules of Procedure

On January 21, 2016, in Docket No. RR16-2, FERC issued a letter order approving NERC’s proposed revisions to the NERC Rules of Procedure.  These revisions will increase consistency with the terminology used in Critical Infrastructure Protection Reliability Standards that were approved by FERC in Order No. 791, align the definitions of the NERC Rules of Procedure and the “Glossary of Terms Used in NERC Reliability Standards”, and reflect previous changes in the NERC Standard Processes Manual.  NERC submitted the revisions to FERC on December 7, 2015.
