NERC Submits Fourth Quarter Budget Variance Report

On February 16, 2016, in Docket No. FA11-21, NERC submitted an unaudited budgeted-to-actual variance report for the fourth quarter of 2015. The filing is made in compliance with the Commission approved settlement agreement between FERC's Office of Enforcement and NERC related to the Office of Enforcement's 2011-12 audit of NERC's budgeting process.
