FERC Accepts Revised RDAs

On March 23, 2016, in docket No. RR15-12, FERC issued an order accepting NERC’s December 18, 2015 compliance filing, which incorporated several FERC directed revisions to the to the Regional Delegation Agreements (“RDA”) between NERC and each of the eight Regional entities. These revisions are consistent with the minor modifications called for in FERC’s November 2, 2015 order conditionally approving the revised RDAs and the pro forma RDA. The revised pro forma RDA and RDAs with Regional Entities became effective on January 1, 2016
