FERC Issues Notice of Review for FFT and CE Programs

On June 15, 2016, in Docket No. RC-11-004, FERC issued a notice explaining the results of its annual oversight of the Find, Fix, Track and Report (“FFT”) program and the Compliance Exception (“CE”) Program. FERC Staff reviewed samples of possible violations posted by NERC under the two programs. FERC Staff did note that some of the posted violations did not provide all information requested in NERC’s Guidance, but concluded that all information was included in the supporting documents. FERC Staff ultimately agreed with the final risk determinations with all sample violations it reviewed.
