NERC Files Supplemental Information Regarding Reliability Standard BAL-005-1

On June 14, 2016, in Docket No. RM16-13, NERC filed supplemental information in support of its April 20, 2016 petition requesting approval of Reliability Standards BAL-005-1, Balancing Authority Control, and FAC-001-3, Facility Interconnection Requirements.  In that petition, NERC noted that the proposed Reliability Standards would retire other, duplicative Reliability Standards.  This supplemental filing provides information explaining how Reliability Standard BAL-005-1 supports the proposed retirement of Requirement R15 of Reliability Standard BAL-005-0.2b.
