NERC Issues Results of Annual FFT and CE Compliance Exception Sampling

On June 20, 2016, in Docket No. RC11-6, NERC announced the results of its Annual Find, Fix, Track, and Report (“FFT”) and Compliance Exception (“CE”) Sampling (“FFT/CE Sampling”).  The FFT/CE Sampling review determines whether the Regional Entities have been following the NERC Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program and properly implementing the FFT and CE Programs.  Based on the review, NERC Enforcement staff concluded that the Regional Entities properly execute the FFTs and CEs.
