FERC Clarifies Order No. 824 Effective Date

On July 7, 2016, in Docket No. RM15-25, FERC issued Order No. 828 clarifying the effective date and compliance date of the final rule issued in its June 16, 2016 Order No. 824. FERC clarified that the effective date will be the date of publication of the final rule in the Federal Register. The compliance date will be based on issuance of the final rule in Docket No RM16-15. Additionally, FERC will publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the compliance date.
