On September 28, 2016, in Docket Nos. RR10-1 and RR13-3, NERC filed the 2016 Annual Report on Wide-Area Analysis of Technical Feasibility Exceptions in compliance with FERC Order No. 706. The report includes information regarding the use of the Technical Feasibility Exception process by Responsible entities for waivers from certain conditions of Critical Infrastructure Protection Reliability Standards during the period from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
