NERC Submits Petition for Approval of WECC Bylaw Amendment

On September 29, 2016, in Docket No. RR16-7, NERC submitted a petition for approval of an amendment to the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (“WECC”) Bylaws.  The amendment proposes to change the notification period for regular meetings of the Member Advisory Committee from twenty-one days to ten days.  The amendment was approved by the WECC Board of Directors on June 16, 2016 and by the NERC Board of Trustees on August 11, 2016.
