FERC Issues Order Granting Rehearing on Reliability Standard for Transmission System Planned Performance for Geomagnetic Disturbance Events

On November 21, 2016, in Docket No. RM15-11-001, FERC issued an order granting a rehearing for further consideration of its September 22, 2016 order (Reliability Standard for Transmission System Planned Performance for Geomagnetic Disturbance Events).  Rehearing of the Commission's order has been granted for the limited purpose of further consideration, and timely-filed rehearing requests will not be deemed denied by operation of law.
