On November 10, 2016, in Docket No. RR16-___-000, NERC filed a petition seeking FERC approval of revisions to the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council, Inc. (FRCC) regional Reliability Standards Development Process Manual (SDPM). The amendments would improve upon and clarify the FRCC SDPM as well as establish consistency with NERC’s and the other Regional Entities’ processes.
