NERC Submits Informational Filing Regarding Regional Reliability Standard BAL-001-TRE-1

On March 6, 2017, in Docket No. RD13-12-000 NERC submitted an informational filing in reference to revisions to the Texas Regional Entity, Inc.’s Primary Frequency Response Reference Document. The Primary Frequency Response Reference Document is maintained by Texas RE and provides specific methodology for determining the Primary Frequency Response performance for individual resources. The revisions to the Primary Frequency Response Reference Document reflect proposed amendments to the Texas RE Bylaws and the Texas RE Standards Development Process (“SDP”).
