FERC Approves Amendments to Texas RE Bylaws and RSDP

On May 30, 2017, in Docket No. RR17-3-000, FERC issued an order approving amendments to the Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. bylaws and Regional Reliability Standards development process. The amendments revise the bylaws and RSDP by, among other things (1) eliminating the Texas RE Reliability Standards Committee and transferring its duties to the Texas RE Member Representatives Committee, (2) adding a Texas RE Compensation Committee, and (3) revising activities of the Texas RE Nominating Committee. NERC submitted these amendments on March 10, 2017. No protests or interventions were filed in response to NERC’s submission.
