On November 21, 2017, in Docket No. RR18-1-000, NERC submitted proposed revisions to Appendix 3D (Registered Ballot Body Criteria) of the NERC Rules of Procedure (ROP). The purpose of the proposed revisions is to ensure that the votes of Independent System Operators (ISOs) and Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs) are appropriately represented in Segment 2 of NERC’s Registered Ballot Body (RBB) for voting on NERC Reliability Standards. The NERC Board approved the proposed ROP revisions on November 9, 2017.
