NERC Proposes Amendments to Compliance and Certification Committee Charter

On March 15, 2018, in Docket No. RR18-4-000, NERC submitted a petition for approval of amendments to the Compliance and Certification Committee (CCC) Charter. The CCC supports and advises the NERC Board in relation to the NERC Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program (Compliance and Enforcement program), Organization Registration program (Registration program), and Organization Certification program (Certification program). The proposed amendments to the CCC Charter reflect the participation of CCC observers in NERC audits of the Regional Entities in accordance with the NERC Rules of Procedure. On February 8, 2018, the NERC Board of Trustees approved the amendments.
